Are items brand new or ex-display?
We sell a mix of new overstock and showroom/ex‑display pieces. Each product page notes the condition.
Is stock limited?
Yes—clearance means once it’s gone, it’s gone. We don’t usually restock identical items.
Can I reserve an item?
We’re first‑come, first‑served. Checkout is the best way to secure an item.
Can I collect?
As we are not a physical store, we currently do not accept collections on any orders.
How long does delivery take?
Local deliveries are typically 2–5 working days. National courier timings vary by postcode.
What's your returns policy?
You can return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery/collection. Please contact us first to arrange.
Are delivery costs refundable?
Original delivery fees aren’t refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll sort a repair, replacement, or refund.
Will there be minor marks?
Clearance items can have light cosmetic imperfections. We photograph and describe notable marks on each product page.
Is there warranty?
Manufacturer warranty may not apply to clearance. We guarantee items are fit for purpose on delivery/collection.
Do items come assembled?
It varies—see the product page. Flat‑pack items include instructions; assembly services may be available on request.
How do I care for my furniture?
Follow the care notes on the product page; avoid harsh cleaners and direct, prolonged sunlight.
