Delivery (Shipping Policy)

Local Delivery. We offer nationwide delivery. Delivery is usually 2–5 working days after your order is placed.

National Delivery. Outside our local area, we can arrange courier delivery. Please contact us with your postcode before ordering for a tailored quote.

Collection. Prefer to collect? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll confirm a collection time.

Note: Clearance stock is limited. Please ensure someone is available to receive large items at the agreed time.


Returns

Eligibility. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery/collection. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How to return. Contact us first via the Contact page. We’ll provide instructions and arrange collection or drop‑off.

Delivery fees. Original delivery charges are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Damaged/Faulty items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.


Clearance Stock Notice

As items are clearance or ex‑display, minor cosmetic marks may be present. Any notable imperfections are highlighted on the product page.
